Creator
Natasha spent the majority of her professional dance career in ballet companies dancing around the world but has also performed in musicals, operas, film and TV.
On leaving the dance industry, Natasha joined Squires Group, overseeing the day to day running of the company, building a huge range of experience in all aspects of this creative and diverse business. From accounts to marketing, social media, manufacturing, raw material purchasing, HR, publishing and editing and exciting new product development.
Natasha started EtoilePro after seeing a need in the market for new dance wear designs that combined modern elegance with the comfort and practicality needed during a dancers working day.
The creation of EtoilePro has combined two of her major passions - dance and business.
Beverley
Super Smart Boss Lady, Business Consultant
As Managing Director and Founder of an international group of companies, Beverley has an extensive background knowledge in business. Starting a Specialist Food business in 1987 that developed, manufactured and distributed thousands of products around the world.
B. Dutton Publishing Ltd., was set up soon after to create high quality magazines and award-winning books, securing international authors and tutors. An International School was also founded, attracting students from the UK and around the world, including Buckingham Palace chefs and other high-profile students.
Beverley’s skills encompass Sales and Marketing, Publishing and legal and copyright matters. Developing new and often patentable products, material and technical product sourcing, networking and negotiating.
Rob
Genius, Product Development Advisor
Robert trained as an Architect, qualifying with Distinction. On leaving university he joined Sir Basil Spence’s architects practice in London gaining valuable experience. After four years he started his own architects practice covering commercial and domestic projects, continuing for over 20 years.
Robert's amazing practical, technical and design skills led him into business and manufacturing, where he enjoyed developing innovative and creative products, specialist manufacturing processes and custom machinery.
He also managed financial and legal issues related to property, project management, NPD and HR. Highly experienced in technical problem solving, Rob has been key during the product development process at EtoilePro.

A tenacious and creative professional with deep commercial, financial and technical acumen, having worked in both corporate and SME environments, experienced in innovation, operations, business development and growth strategies.
Passionate about brand building, customer experience, right to left thinking and creating environments where individuals can excel. Enjoys moving between strategic and practical.
Experienced in developing strategic plans to support customer loyalty, business growth for sustained revenue and profitability. Personal interest in FMCG, E-Commerce, Food Manufacturing, SAAS, Customer Relationship Management, AI and Machine Learning.
